Title Pathway analyses along the genomic data
Abstract In the field of genomic analysis, wide-range of data are required in order to illustrate the species-specific features. In addition to fundamental data such as GC composition or conserved synteny etc, pathway assignments and its characterization for the species is also one of the most valuable investigations to figure out its cellular functions. Here, I introduce pathway analyses related to two of arthoropoda genome projects, which are for Nasonia vitripenis and for Daphinia pulex. This analysis revealed several characteristic pathways in the artholopoda linage. In addition to these typical genomic projects, I also present the pathway analysis for mycoplasma pneumoniae as a part of the post-genomic analysis. In this project, pathway information is integrated with microarray, tilling array, tap-tag and ChIP-chip data. This is still on-going project, however, this promises us to reveal novel aspects of cellar functions.
