Title |
Genome-resolved metagenomics and comparative genomics applied to TARA Oceans
|
Abstract |
This seminar will describe (1) the platform anvi'o (concepts only), (2)
how it can be used to perform genome-resolved metagenomics on TARA
Oceans using various methodologies compatible with different targets
(e.g., domains of life versus lineages of giant viruses), (3) and how it
can be used to perform comparative genomic analyses of various microbial
lineages.
