Title |
Identification of gene-drug and multi-omics regulatory modules through
integrative analysis
|
Abstract |
The emergence of large amounts of genomic, chemical, and pharmacological
data provides new opportunities and challenges for cancer research.
Identifying multidimensional regulatory modules from omics data through
integration analysis allows us to understand the regulatory relationship
among omics data from different molecular levels, thereby provides
quantitative understanding on the regulatory mechanisms of biological
systems. In particularly, identifying gene?drug regulatory modules is
not only crucial in providing a comprehensive understanding of the
molecular mechanisms of drug action, but is also important in the
development of effective treatments for patients. Accurately determine
the complex regulatory modules among pharmacogenomic data remains
challenging. This report will introduce our latest research progress in
identification of both gene-drug regulatory modules and multidimensional
regulatory modules.
