Tensor decomposition-based unsupervised feature extraction applied to bioinformatics and affinity with AI-based methodology
Abstract
We have developed so called tensor decomposition-based unsupervised feature extraction [1] and applied it to a wide range of bioinformatics problems over one decade. After introducing basics and a few applications of it, I report the recent trial on how AI (GPT-6 sol) can replace human efforts, although the fully AI-based study [2] was desk-rejected by two academic journals.
